Return + Exchange Policy:

  • All talarmal jewelry is final sale.
  • Exchanges are only for damaged products reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email info@talarmal.com to request an exchange.

 

  • Damage from improper care or overuse is NOT eligible for exchange.
  • Check our 'Care Guide" page for tips on maintaining your pieces.
  • No exchanges after 7 days.

 

 Before proceeding an exchange, please check if you are eligible:

    1. Gemstones
      1. All gemstone pieces are made-to-order and are final sale.
    2. Care Guide 
      1. All of our pieces need love and care for long lasting wear. Our Care Guide lists how each piece should be loved and cared for - we’ve made it super easy for you. Please understand that returns will not be accepted for chemical exposure (lotion, perfume, harsh detergent, etc.) or water damage (swimming, sweating, showering, etc.). 
    3. All other products must be: 
      1. Unworn 
      2. No sign of usage (no scratches, discoloration, etc.) 
      3. In original packaging (box, pouch, polishing cloth included) 
      4. If your return request does not meet the above criteria, we are ineligible to process a full return.
    4. Shipping 
      1. Please ensure your packaging is in the same or similar packaging. Please note Talarmal will not reimburse for extra shipping charges caused due to larger, heavier packaging.
