Return + Exchange Policy:
- All talarmal jewelry is final sale.
- Exchanges are only for damaged products reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Email info@talarmal.com to request an exchange.
- Damage from improper care or overuse is NOT eligible for exchange.
- Check our 'Care Guide" page for tips on maintaining your pieces.
- No exchanges after 7 days.
Before proceeding an exchange, please check if you are eligible:
- Gemstones
- All gemstone pieces are made-to-order and are final sale.
- Care Guide
- All of our pieces need love and care for long lasting wear. Our Care Guide lists how each piece should be loved and cared for - we’ve made it super easy for you. Please understand that returns will not be accepted for chemical exposure (lotion, perfume, harsh detergent, etc.) or water damage (swimming, sweating, showering, etc.).
- All other products must be:
- Unworn
- No sign of usage (no scratches, discoloration, etc.)
- In original packaging (box, pouch, polishing cloth included)
- If your return request does not meet the above criteria, we are ineligible to process a full return.
- Shipping
- Please ensure your packaging is in the same or similar packaging. Please note Talarmal will not reimburse for extra shipping charges caused due to larger, heavier packaging.
